Lagotek and Z-Wave Alliance demonstrate home automation system

Lagotek and Z-Wave Alliance will host a press and builder open house to demonstrate affordable wireless whole home automation through their Home Intelligence Platform (HIP) in a new Pulte/Del Webb Sun City Festival home in Buckeye, AZ on Tuesday, May 8, 2007 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The house is located at 20297 N. 262nd Dr., Buckeye, AZ 85396. Buckeye is approximately 15 minutes east of downtown Phoenix. From Sky Harbor Airport, take I-109 West to Loop 101 North, then Bell Road Exit heading west, then turn right on Canyon Springs Blvd.

A wide range of components by Lagotek and Z-Wave Alliance members are included in the installation and will be demonstrated at the event. Current software applications for the HIP platform from Lagotek and its partners include climate control with multiple zones of heating and air conditioning, lighting, distributed audio, video monitoring, media center control and irrigation.

Many more applications such as security, LED lighting, intercom and many others will be available from Lagotek and its partners in the near future.
