Alvarion Ltd. has announced that its 4Motion solution, featuring 802.16e Mobile WiMAX technology, was selected for deployment by Monarch Communications in Nigeria. Data and VoIP services, using Alvarion’s award-winning self-install CPE will be offered to businesses, SOHO, SME and residences. Rollout is planned to begin in Lagos and later in Abuja and Port Harcourt.
