High-performance 23 GHz antenna meets stringent FCC requirements

Microwave antenna developer Radio Waves, Inc. has released a high-performance antenna design for 23 GHz. A newest member of the company's Discriminator series, it is a one-foot diameter antenna that has first side lobes 23 dB down from the main beam. This performance greatly reduces interference from other microwave transmitters when co-location is required. In addition, this 23 GHz band antenna design meets stringent FCC category A requirements.

Andy Singer, general manager of Radio Waves stated, "The Discriminator series is a result of Radio Waves' investment in advanced research and design, along with innovative ideas." For system cost efficiencies, performance and customized integrated packaging, this next-generation antenna is an ideal choice, according to the developer. The lightweight and easy-to-install design uses a shaped reflector to optimize patterns and ensure enhanced system performance. Like all Radio Waves antennas, the Discriminator series is backed by a three-year warranty. The model number for the new Discriminator is HPCPE-23RS. They come complete with an adjustable antenna mount, and Radio Waves can supply all other antenna system components required for your network.
