1-W Driver Amps Cover Complete Cellular Range
Providing coverage across the entire cellular band, the ADL5605 amplifier operates from 700 MHz to 1 GHz and the ADL5606 driver amplifier spans 1.8 GHz to 2.7 GHz. These Analog Devices amplifiers also are pin-compatible and easy to tune, and they integrate two stages of gain. Other shared features include internal active biasing and a fast shutdown function for applications that require a power saving mode or for applications that transmit intermittently. Both devices come in 16-lead lead-frame chip-scale packages (LFCSPs) measuring 4 by 4 mm and cost $7.75 each in lots of 1000.
