Surface-Mount GPS LNA Rejects L1 Band Signals

The Series 311 surface-mount filtered GPS low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) from Spectrum Microwave offer multiple gain stages of 26 to 38 dB with more than 35-dB out-of-band rejection at 1575.42 MHz. This small surface-mount design also exhibits a low noise figure of 1.8 dB and operates from a 5- to 32-V supply while only consuming 77 mA.

The amplifiers’ four-pin design makes mounting easy. Customers may select 26-, 32-, or 38-dB gain options while maintaining 1.8-dB noise from 0°C to 70°C. These filtered LNAs also are available in connectorized hermetic packages for in-line booster applications or other harsh environments like avionics, satellite navigation, marine navigation, surveying and mapping, and IC systems.

Pricing starts at $300 depending on quantity and configuration with typical delivery lead times of six weeks.
