IRC Advanced Film Division’s CHC series of high-speed digital termination networks’ performance is characterized to 40 GHz, with rise times as fast as 25 ps. The VSWR is 1.03:1 at 10 GHz.

The CHC termination networks are ideal for high-speed digital data transmission applications involving LVDS transmission-line termination or memory termination. The CHC series networks feature a resistance range from 10 W to 10 kW. Absolute tolerances are to ±1%, ±2% and ±5%, with absolute TCRs to ±100 ppm/°C.

The CHC series is offered in a miniature surface-mount BGA package. Pricing for the CHC series is $1.10 each for 5000 pieces.
