Lark has engineered a switch filter amplifier series (SFA) available in both ceramic and lumped element configurations. The noise figure range of 1.5 dB to 5.0 dB, combined with 300 ns switching speed, 10 dB to 40 dB gain, and biases of +10 Vdc or + 5 Vdc make this series ideal for receiver applications and improvement of overall system performance. The SFA series offers a 100 MHz to 3000 MHz frequency range. Bandwidth ranges from 1% to 40%, with a typical return loss (18 dB/14 dB).
