Non-volatile digital pots feature SPI interface
Microchip Technology’s MCP4141/2, MCP4241/2, MCP4161/2 and MCP4261/2 (MCP41XX/42XX) are non-volatile digital potentiometers with an SPI interface and static current consumption of 5 μA. The seven- and eight-bit devices are specified over the extended industrial temperature range (-40 °C to +125 °C). Collectively, they are available in several industry-standard packages, including SOIC, MSOP, PDIP, DFN, QFN and TSSOP types. Samples are available, and pricing for 10,000 pieces ranges from $0.58 to $0.87.
