Broadband Amplifier Boosts 0.8 To 21.0 GHz
Model ZVA-213+ is a broadband amplifier from Mini-Circuits designed for applications from 800 MHz to 21 GHz. It provides 26 dB typical gain over that range with +/-1 dB gain flatness and +24 dBm typical output power at 1-dB compression. The rugged amplifier can withstand accidental open/short at output while delivering full output power corresponding to 1 dB compression point. The amplifier, which is supplied with SMA connectors and can also be ordered with a heatsink, features a typical third-order intercept point of +33 dBm and 75 dB typical isolation. It draws 400 mA current from a +12-VDC supply. It exhibits VSWR of 1.30:1 across the full operating band. It is unconditionally stable and operates over the -55 to +85°C baseplate temperature range.
