It operates over a 300-MHz to 4-GHz frequency range and is configurable to operate on all cellular bands from 700 MHz to 2.7 GHz. Each channel integrates a balun transformer at the RF and LO inputs. Measuring 4 by 4 mm in a quad flat no-lead (QFN) package, the LTC5569 specifies a case operating temperature from –40°C to 105°C and operates from a 3.3-V supply while drawing 180 mA when both channels are on.
