The Telit Communications DE910-DUAL module allows machine-to-machine (M2M) developers to leverage 3G CDMA networks for consumer and commercial apps along with telematics and mobile computing. In a 28.2- by 28.2- by 2.6-mm land-grid array (LGA) package, it can connect to the two most prevalent networks worldwide and true global coverage with one core app. Module features include gpsOne assisted GPS, autonomous GPS, and an operating temperature range from –30°C to 85°C. Also, the DE910-DUAL protects investments via backward compatibility to 1xRTT and EV-DO Rev. 0 and includes over-the-air firmware updates by means of Premium FOTA Management, enabling remote upgrades of the module software.
