NDK appoints Taylor as GM of business and application development
To strengthen its new business and application development efforts, NDK has hired frequency control guru Craig Taylor who brings over 20 years of technical and marketing experience to NDK. According to NDK, Taylor will be working directly with OEMs on their next generation products. By nature quartz based frequency control components carry one of the longest lead times to develop. By utilizing his depth of engineering experience, including time in the lab, Taylor will work with customers to gain an understanding of their industry's future requirements, said the manufacturer. This knowledge will ensure that NDK continues to produce frequency control products that will enable the continued success of the OEMs, added NDK.
“The addition of Craig Taylor to NDK allows us to expand our focus of providing OEMs front end technical support. Craig has a long proven track record, and I am confident our customers will benefit from our newest team member,” said Mike Walczak, President of NDK.
Prior to NDK, Taylor had stints with SaRonix where he was vice president of Engineering-Frequency Control, VP/CTO, and director of worldwide engineering, and CTS Corporation where he was engineering manager for clock oscillator products.
“NDK is a world leader in high quality quartz based frequency control products. Their products are reinforced by the entire NDK team. This integrity goes a long way in aiding and abetting customers,” explained Taylor, NDK’s GM of Business & Application Development.
