High isolation SPDT comes with built-in CMOS drivers
Offering highest isolation with the lowest loss, Skyworks Solutions, Inc.’s high performance, multi-channel switch, the SKY13286-359LF, is aimed at cellular base station applications where synthesizer isolation is critical to minimize the blending of one frequency into the circuitry of another. Because these high isolation switches integrate CMOS drivers they also require fewer components, saving critical board space and allowing for enhanced architectures and lower overall system costs. According to the manufacturer, the gallium arsenide (GaAs) FET switch leverages pHEMT process to achieve excellent output-to-output isolation with low insertion loss.
The high isolation absorptive switch SKY13286-359LF comes in a 4 x 4 mm 16-lead QFN plastic package with exposed pad. Other features include single positive voltage control, matched inputs and outputs, and lead-free, RoHS compliant packaging.
Evaluation boards are available for sampling via Innovation to Go, Skyworks’ online store located at www.skyworksinc.com.
