Designed for use with 802.11n wireless access points (WAPs), the Pro-WAV 120 enterprise-class wireless range extender system from Luxul Wireless increases wireless coverage by a factor of four to one, according to the company, extending signal range and data throughput for office or home environments where obstructions may limit signal coverage. The Pro-WAV 120 also is available for use with 802.11b/g networks.

A single Pro-WAV 120 can cover an office or home of 10,000 square feet or more. It uses Luxul’s patented technologies to penetrate office and home walls, improving the performance and signal quality of customers’ wireless networks, Luxul says. Packaged as a plug-and-play solution, the Pro-WAV 120 includes the range extender system, a Power over Ethernet (PoE) injector, a power supply, mounting hardware, and a Quick Install Guide. Weatherproof packaging is available for outdoor use as well.
