Tiny TCVCXO Yields Superior Temperature Versus Frequency Stability

The T107A temperature-compensated, voltage-controllable crystal oscillator (TCVCXO) from Bliley Technologies comes in a miniature package measuring 2.5 by 2.0 mm. In addition to being lightweight and compact, the T107A provides high temperature versus frequency stability performance, with stabilities as tight as ±0.5 ppm.

Ideally suited for GPS, mobile communications, WiMAX, basestation, networking and industrial electronic applications, the T107A is designed for high-density surface-mount designs, as well as automated assembly. It also complies with the European Union’s Restrictions on Hazardous Substances (RoHS). The T107A offers a wide range of performance options as well with frequencies from 15 to 40 MHz. And, the oscillator consumes 2.0 mA at 15 MHz and 2.5 mA at 40 MHz.
