NLT Technologies, partnering with Renesas Electronics America and Renesas Electronics Europe, unveils three mid-size color LCD modules employing projected capacitive (PCAP) touch-panel technology.

NLT Technologies, partnering with Renesas Electronics America and Renesas Electronics Europe, unveils three mid-size color LCD modules employing projected capacitive (PCAP) touch-panel technology. The PCAP 10.4-in. XGA, 10.6-in. WXGA, and 12.1-in. WXGA LCD modules complement NLT Technologies’ current touch-panel capabilities including capacitive and resistive components. The company is developing PCAP technology with multiple options such as surface films, cover glass, and optical bonding. Part of its total cost of ownership strategy, NLT and Renesas supply the LCD module with touch panel and controller plus support for customer setup.
