Addressing demands for full-color imaging with high brightness/contrast and full-speed video, Phoenix Display International’s latest line of custom and standard transflective thin-film transistor (TFT) LCDs handle demanding outdoor apps. QVGA modules are available in 2.2-, 2.8-, 3.2-, and 3.5-in. sizes as well as a 5-in. WVGA. All are sunlight readable in reflective mode. Depending on size, brightness ranges from 80 to 160 nits.  Additionally, the displays are customizable for options including standard or custom resistive and projected capacitive touch panels, light guide features, and flex modifications.
