With millions of sales already, Apple’s iPhone 4S is racking up some significant customer satisfaction. It’s also tempting Android and other smart-phone owners.

A study by Retrevo shows that lots of folks are happy with the iPhone 4S. Even though it doesn’t have Long-Term Evolution (LTE), near-field communications (NFC), or a larger screen, it’s still a hot item. The upgraded camera and voice access/response feature are impressive, and the new 1-GHz processor gives users the performance they have come to expect. Millions have already been sold.
