Stonestreet One has announced the production release of its latest version of UltraSuite for Windows and flagship WiCenter Basic for Wireless USB software, both now featuring support for the Microsoft Vista operating system.

This new release extends the current Wireless USB capabilities of the UltraSuite software platform for Windows XP to the Microsoft Vista platform. Along with support for Vista, over-the-air wireless performance and throughput is significantly improved. In addition, connection reliability has also been enhanced for a better Wireless USB user experience.

Also shipping with this latest UltraSuite release is a new version of WiCenter Basic for Wireless USB, now supporting the Windows Vista operating system. WiCenter is Stonestreet One’s novel user application that provides advanced services for discovering, connecting and managing Wireless USB devices and connections using a friendly and intuitive graphical interface.

UltraSuite is Stonestreet One’s portfolio of software drivers and MAC software that enable WiMedia-based wireless solutions, and includes support for Certified Wireless USB, WiMedia Link Layer Protocol (WLP), and Bluetooth. The UltraSuite product family supports a wide variety of systems from PCs to embedded devices, mobile phones, peripherals, and consumer electronics equipment.
