DuPont  has made available on its website video of presentations made at a technical seminar it sponsored during SEMICON West 2006 in San Francisco, Calif. "New materials on the roadmap" was the topic of the seminar, which attracted semiconductor industry associates interested in the implications of the latest version of the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors (ITRS) on material and chemical technologies, the major issues, challenges and opportunities in key areas of lithography, front end processing, interconnect, emerging devices and environmental safety and health.
