To boost responsiveness and tracking accuracy, Fujitsu enlists Cypress Semiconductor’s TrueTouch touchscreen for its docomo PRIME series F-01C mobile phone. The flexible touchscreen relies on the Cypress PSoC programmable system-on-a-chip (SoC) architecture. Described by the companies as one of the world’s most advanced phones, the F-01C features a 3.4-in. thin-film transistor (TFT) color VGA display, 13.2-Mpixel camera with face detection and full HD video, and touchscreen writing technology, which allows users to write difficult-to-read Kanji characters using their fingers.
