NextPhase Wireless and NextWeb Sign SkyWeb Alliance Agreement
NextPhase Wireless, a connectivity company that specializes in integrated Internet, voice and data communication solutions, and NextWeb, a California-based fixed wireless Internet service provider for business, have signed a SkyWeb Alliance agreement that facilitates cooperative sales and marketing efforts between the two companies.
The SkyWeb Alliance was launched in 2003 when fixed wireless broadband providers in California banded together to expand coverage areas and to work on requests for proposals (RFPs) with vendors in the wireless broadband equipment industry.
NextWeb, recently named the fifth fastest-growing private company by the East Bay Business Times, offers its business broadband service in more than 175 cities throughout California, including the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles and Orange County. In addition to its California networks, NextWeb also has coverage in Las Vegas.
NextPhase offers broadband connectivity services to both businesses and underserved residential markets throughout Southern California. In addition, NextPhase brings its expertise and experience in designing, deploying and operating complex wireless networks to SkyWeb Alliance customers.
Other fixed wireless Internet service providers interested in joining the SkyWeb Alliance should visit www.nextweb.net and fill out an information request under the "Contact Us" section.
