Shenzhen Sanmu Communication Co. Ltd. and Qualcomm Inc. have entered into a 3G subscriber unit and module/modem card (including printed-circuit board assemblies) license agreement. Under the terms of the royalty-bearing agreement, Qualcomm has granted Sanmu a worldwide patent license to develop, manufacture, and sell subscriber units and module/modem cards implementing the cdma2000 and/or TD-SCDMA standards. Sanmu will pay Qualcomm’s standard worldwide royalty rates.
