A new 60-page catalog from Lumex describes the company's new Surfeeleds family of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and accessories. Also included in the catalog is a surface-mount technology (SMT) numeric character LED. The line spans from bare LED chips in wafer and/or die forms to packaged SMT LED devices including 0402, 0603, 0606, 0805, 2x3mm, 1106, 1206, 1210, 2530, 2832, and small outline transistor (SOT) package styles.
