AeroComm announces its PKLR2400S-100 radio for industrial applications. About the size of a business card, the radio features a 100 mW power output and interference-resistant, frequency-hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) technology. The device can transmit several miles with an unobstructed line-of-site path. The device is a fully shielded, ready-to-embed device operating in the unlicensed 2.4 GHz band. The device features proprietary ConnexSync technology that integrates a custom IC with tightly connected TX/RX functionality. This provides for faster synchronization schemes, resulting in higher data transfer rates.
