Linear tuning miniature VCO for test instruments

Mini-Circuits introduces a compact, 12 VDC voltage-controlled oscillator. The ROS-756 draws 22 mA maximum and features a 485 MHz to 765 MHz near octave band tuning and -95 dBc/Hz single sideband (SSB) noise at 10 kHz offset. It also features a -27 dBc of harmonic suppression. The miniature footprint, 0.5" x 0.5" x 0.18," is suitable for devices where board real estate is at a premium, such as digital cordless phones, test instruments such as signal generators and other devices that require linear tuning VCOs.
