California Micro Devices' six new monolithic semiconductor op amps combine small SOT packaging, three bandwidth choices, and the option of a shutdown mode for increased power savings. The devices have low power requirements, can operate at a 1.8 V single supply, and are compatible with battery-operated applications. With specifications at 1.8 V, 2.7 V, 3.0 V and 5.0 V supplies, the CMV10xx devices reduce the size, weight, and cost of batteries in portable electronics, while offering more bandwidth. They are suitable for cellular handsets, pagers, cordless phones, notebooks, PDAs and electronic toys.
