Eagleware introduces S/FILTER, a new addition to its family of synthesis products. The software designs filters using a direct synthesis approach, which offers ease-of-use and functionality for designing filter topologies. Direct synthesis takes user input, forms a transfer function from the user's criteria, and extracts a schematic from this function. S/FILTER is integrated into Eagleware's GENESYS environment. The filter schematic and response plots are user-accessible and can be customized.
