MF Electronics announces the M6322 VCXO for datacom equipment. The device features a narrow control voltage of 0.5 to 2.5 VDC for easy integration with 3.3 VDC devices. The VCXO is fully functional, within specifications down to 90% or 3 VDC, and will maintain rated capture. The device also features a maximum frequency deviation of twice the minimum (ñ200 ppm max. ñ100 ppm min.) , ñ100 ppm capture and ñ50 ppm stability at a temperature range from -40ø C to +85ø C. Applications for the device include high-density digital and communications devices and advanced PLL circuits.
