Relcomm Technologies has developed a newly configured inline five-port double-pole, double-throw (DPDT) coaxial relay for applications from DC to 18 GHz. The relay provides the flexibility of independently operating each of the two sets of switching contacts. The center RF connector port is common to the adjacent output connectors and allows signal path for backup or redundancy mode configuration. It is available in +12- and +24-VDC failsafe configurations and measures just 2.25 x 0.52 x 1.75 in. Options include auxiliary contacts, suppression diodes, a DC header, and control logic.
