Engineered primarily for the microwave radio market, this remarkable VCO further realizes spectral purity of -111 dBc/Hz, typically, at 100 kHz from the carrier. With its 1.1:1 linearity over frequency, the VCO strengthens microwave radio PLL and temperature while suppressing the second harmonic to better than -14 dBc.
