Model 50PMA-010 is a programmable matrix assembly that draws upon the attenuator design expertise of JFW Industries to perform transceiver testing from 30 to 400 MHz at precisely set signal attenuation levels. The nine-port transceiver test system provides an attenuation range of 0 to 127 dB in 1-dB steps with attenuation accuracy within ±0.4 dB or 2 percent of a programmed value (whichever is greater). The nominal system insertion loss is 24 dB with maximum VSWR of 1.50:1. Equipped with either SMA or Type N female connectors, the programmable system operates under GPIB, RS-232C, or Ethernet remote control with an operating temperature range of 0 to +70°C. The 50-ohm system features port-to-port isolation of 30 dB with typical switching speed of 10 microseconds to receive and process a command.
