Skyworks Solutions’ SKY13309-370 LF is a SP3T antenna switch for the 2.4-2.5 GHz band. The low loss, high isolation, high linearity, small size, and low-cost features make this switch suitable for WLAN, Bluetooth systems, and other applications including analog and digital mobile television in emerging markets, wireless headsets, and receiver chain of phones.

This pHEMT GaAs IC switch operates up to the 3 GHz frequency range. Switching between the antenna and Tx/Rx ports is accomplished with three control voltages. According to the manufacturer, the low insertion loss is 0.5 dB at 2.5 GHz, while the isolation is rated as 25 dB at 2.5 GHz. The linearity performance P1 dB = 29 dBm.

The switch is packaged in a Pb-free and RoHS compliant, 2 x 2 x 0.6 mm plastic package. It is sampling now, said Skyworks
