Broadband power amplifier is ultra-linear
Stealth Microwave’s SM3436-47L is a 3.4 to 3.6 GHz solid state GaAs FET amplifier designed for the 3.5 GHz broadband wireless access application. The amplifier provides 56 dB of linear gain and +47 dBm of output power at P1dB. It incorporates proprietary linearization technique to improve the OIP3 by 7 dB. The design provides ultra-linear performance for rigorous system requirements. The unit is available in modular form (standard), or as a rack mountable amplifier.
Other features include protection against mismatch, over voltage and thermal. It uses single 12 V supply and offers temperature compensation and integral output isolation. Optional features include forward/reverse power detection, RF sampling, pulse control up to 1ms for TDD with RF isolation, logic on/off control and integral heatsink.
