Model CVCO55FL-0200-0239 is a voltage-controlled oscillator that tunes from 200 to 239 MHz by means of a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 V. Housed in an industry-standard 0.5 x 0.5 in. SMD surface-mount package, the compact VCO delivers +9-dBm typical output power while consuming only 25 mA current from a +5-VDC supply. The low-noise oscillator features typical single-sideband (SSB) phase noise of -123 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier. The oscillator has been designed for minimal frequency pulling and pushing, with performance levels of 0.50 MHz and 0.50 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonics are held to typically -20 dBc. The model CVCO55FL-0200-0239 VCO is ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access systems, satellite communications systems, and cellular communications base stations.
