The Agilent Technologies N7309A chipset software now supports RFIC and mixed-signal front ends from Analog Devices, including the ADF4602 and AD9963. These devices address the high-volume manufacturing test needs of Percello’s Aquilo femtocell system-on-a-chip product line. The software is designed to deliver rapid calibration and verification testing for the time-to-market and volume requirements of ODMs and contract manufacturers. It’s supported on the Agilent MXA and EXA signal analyzers and the MXG and ESG signal generators while providing platform compatibility with the company’s X-series applications and test hardware. According to Agilent, its consistent X-series platform utilization from design to verification to manufacturing protects the customer’s test investment.
