ITT Interconnect Solutions has developed a coaxial RF connector along with 12 phase-matched RF cable assemblies. The connector system features a press-fit contact suitable for operation to 250°C for a lifespan of 25 years.

Since many applications only reach 200°C, ITT offers its RF cable assemblies with two dielectric materials: For operation up to 250°C, a cable assembly with a silicone dioxide dielectric can be supplied. While for those applications with temperatures ranging up to 200°C, the cable assembly with PTFE dielectric is recommended.

The semi-rigid cable sets are phase-matched to ±2° at 3 GHz, over a range of temperatures to 200°C and 250°C. Typical pricing for the high temperature coaxial connector ranges from $80 to $150 in quantities of 500. Pricing for the 200°C cable assembly is approximately $300 for an 8-ft length.
