Miniature TCVCXO has excellent stability
Bliley Technologies’ TV105A series of temperature-compensated voltage-controlled crystal oscillators (TCVCXOs) are designed primarily for cellular infrastructure, GPS and telecommunication-systems applications. The series offers a miniature package coupled with good phase-noise performance, as well as a wide range of options in temperature stability, operating-frequency range and electronic frequency adjustment.
Additional features include a 10 MHz to 40 MHz frequency range, with 13 MHz, 14.4 MHz, 20 MHz and other frequencies as standards; a ±5 ppm to ±20 ppm pull range; a clipped-sine-wave output; and a typical phase noise of -135 dBc/Hz at 10 MHz for a 1 kHz offset. The series is available in a standard 3 mm x 5 mm ceramic SMD package, and in combination with a custom-configuration and screening service for select, demanding applications. Additional information is provided in the TV105A datasheet.
