PhoneBrasil International Inc. has announced a signed Letter of Intent with Atlanta-based CityNet Wireless to build the first large-scale Wi-Fi patform for all of Brazil.

Anderson Dias, PhoneBrasil CEO, stated, "One of our shareholders, our European director of market development, Richard Alain Granier, has facilitated this entire agreement between PhoneBrasil and CityNet. This Wi-Fi network will literally cover most major metropolitan cities, areas, states, and territories of Brazil. Furthermore, I will be releasing more details on this agreement by Aug. 28 2007."
