BroadWave Technologies has developed a small, lightweight 100 W termination, labeled model 551-199-100. It is a space saving 50 Ohm, DC to 3 GHz load with a SMA male connector. The conduction=cooled termination mounts to a heat sink, exhibits 1.25:1 maximum VSWR with an operating temperature range of –40 °C to +70 °C. These low-cost units are designed for commercial and military applications. Delivery is stock to one week for up to 500 pieces, according to the manufacturer.
