MMD Components’ MXH series oscillators support a frequency range of 1.54 MHz to 80 MHz in compact, hermetically sealed, surface-mount ceramic packages. The devices operate at a minimum supply voltage of 1.6 Vdc, operating currents as low as 8 mA, and standby currents below 30 μA. The maximum start-up time is 10 ms, and rise/fall time is 4 ns. Waveform output is HCMOS compatible, and tri-state functionality comes standard.
