The XO5125 from MtronPTI is a 100 MHz OCXO featuring good close-in phase-noise performance, as well as 2E-9 g-sensitivity. The XO5125 offers -130 dBc performance at 100 Hz offset, as well as -70 dBc and -100 dBc performance at 1 Hz and 10 Hz offsets, respectively. The phase noise performance along with the ±10 ppb stability performance from –40 °C to +80 °C supports many applications, including radar. Other features of the XO5125 include its -168 dBc noise floor, 5E-7 aging and 7 dBm minimum sinewave output.
