A new family of low-noise variable gain amplifiers (VGAs) from Daico Industries provide small signal gain in 1 dB increments up to +19 dBm P1dB. Precise embedded digital attenuators allow users to output any gain from -1 to 30dB. Three models offer a frequency range of 60 to 2100 MHz with noise figure down to 1.3 dB. It includes internal 6 W CW limiter and SMA connectors.
