The HMC546MS8G is a low-loss, high-linearity switch housed in an 8-lead MSOP8G surface-mount package. This switch provides high P0.1 dB compression of +40 dBm and input IP3 of +65 dBm on the transmit (Tx) port, making it suitable for use in transmit-receive applications that require low distortion at high-input power levels. On-chip circuitry enables the HMC546MS8G to operate with single positive control voltages from 0/+3 V to 0/+8 V, with low DC current consumption.

An RoHS-compliant version of this product is available as the HMC546MS8GE.
