Attenuators Handle High Power To 4 GHz

ARRA has announced its 4405 series of high-power coaxial attenuators for peak power-handling capability to 3000 kW at frequencies from DC to 4 GHz. Rated for 5 W average power, the components are available with attenuation values of 3, 6, 10, and 20 dB and with Type N or SMA connectors. The maximum VSWR is 1.25:1 while attenuation accuracy is within 0.5 dB for the two lower-attenuation values through 4 GHz and within 1 dB for the two higher-attenuation values through 4 GHz. Additional models are available with attenuation values through 55 dB.
