Frequency synthesizer line offers new, extended capabilities
ILSI America has extended the capabilities of its frequency synthesizer product line with the addition of a new series. The new line, labeled I1060 series, now covers a frequency range of 80 MHz to 7500 MHz in bands with a reference frequency of 20 MHz to 250 MHz. The output bandwidth is limited to 50 to 60 percent of the center frequency, while the tolerance is set by the reference used. Also, the step size is limited to between 10 kHz and 2.5 MHz.
Optional fixed or programmable models are also available. Phase noise for the frequency synthesizer is -110 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset. Buffered output level is up to +10 dBm at 50 Ohms. Supply voltage options include 3.3 VDC, 5.0 VDC, or 12.0 VDC. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C. Package options include 19.1 mm x 19.1 mm x 3.9 mm and 25.4 x mm 25.4 mm x 5.1 mm. In 1000 pieces, the unit price is $45 each. Delivery eight to 12 weeks ARO.
