Distributor Richardson Electronics is offering two new LDMOS UHF pallet amplifiers designed and manufactured by RF Engineered Solutions, Ltd. (RES). The LDU25 provides 25 W CW power for analog applications and 5 Wrms for digital video broadcast applications. The LDU60 is rated at 60 W (min)CW, 60 W peak sync in common amplification and 20 Wrms for DVB-T. Both products feature Freescale RF power devices.
