Radio-Channel Emulator Handles Complex 3G/4G Testing
Elektrobit’s EB Propsim F32 radio channel emulator eases performance testing of wireless networks, basestations, terminals, and chipsets employing multi-antenna and multi-radio technologies.
With up to eight times the traditional emulator testing capacity in a single box, Elektrobit’s EB Propsim F32 radio channel emulator eases performance testing of wireless networks, basestations, terminals, and chipsets employing multi-antenna and multi-radio technologies. Providing 32 RF channels and 128 fading channels, the system is viable for testing complex technologies such as 3G/4G, LTE, and LTE-Advanced. Scalable from eight to 32 channels, the EB Propsim replicates wireless environments such as fading, noise, and spatial channel conditions and isolates performance issues during all phases of R&D. Other features include a setup-wizard and 24/7 automated testing. The EB Propsim F32 will be on display at CTIA Wireless 2012 from May 8 to 10 in New Orleans, La., booth #4912.
