Linear power amplifier is modular
Stealth Microwave’s SM2527-47L is a solid-state GaAs FET based 50 W linear power amplifier designed for the broadband wireless access application. Offering a frequency range of 2.5 - 2.7 GHz, it uses a proprietary pre-distortion technique to improve OIP3 by 8 dB. Consequently, OIP3 is rated at + 65 dBm. The P1dB is +47 dBm, the linear gain is 56 dBm, and the gain change over temperature is only ± 0.5 dB. The unit is available is modular form (standard), or as a rack mountable amplifier.
Other features include single power supply, over/reverse voltage protection, thermal protection with auto reset, temperature compensation, and integral output isolator. It requires a supply of 12 Vdc at 18 A (typical).
