Z-Communications, Inc. has introduced a new lead free, RoHS-compliant, coaxial resonator oscillator (CRO3293A-LF) in C band (3288-3298 MHz) featuring extraordinary low phase noise performance of –110 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset from the carrier. This exceptional design offers excellent tuning linearity with a typical tuning sensitivity of 10 MHz/V and covers the entire band between 0.5- 4.5 V. It is designed to operate at 5 VDC supply while drawing 25 mA (typical) over the extended operating temperature range of –40ºC to 85ºC. The CRO3293A-LF is suited for applications that require signal stability, tuning linearity, and ultra-low phase noise performance.
